In a tweet, actor Kamal Haasan conveyed his condolences to the family of Thagadoor Gopi, the founder of HiGopi who developed codes to transliterate English to Tamil online. Gopalakrishnan, alias Thagadoor Gopi, passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest in Hyderabad on Saturday. He further saluted him on behalf of the Tamil writing population and said Tamil Nadu needs more people like him.
