DMK working president MK Stalin on Wednesday, while reacting to the release of a video featuring former TN Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, asked as to why the video was not released earlier. Referring to DMK chief M Karunanidhi’s demand to release J Jayalalithaa’s picture from Apollo hospital in 2016, the opposition leader added that no issue would have arisen if they had released the photo back then. He further added that Jayalalithaa’s death is being used for politics.
