Man to be jailed for 43 years for raping minor daughter

A Mahila Court in Tiruchirappalli has reportedly sentenced a 48-year-old man to 43 years of life imprisonment for raping and impregnating his 14–year-old daughter. A case was registered against the man under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
