A 38-year-old man reportedly suffered a heart attack while he was teaching his children to swim and died drowning in the Marina swimming pool on Tuesday. Reports say, though he was a trained swimmer, since there was no immediate help to save him when he suffered the heart attack, he tragically drowned. Police are investigating the reason as to why there were no workers to monitor the area.
