MAN KILLS WIFE ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF MARRIAGE, COMMITS SUICIDE: POLICE REVEAL DETAILS

The locals at Tiruvallur district’s Ponneri have been in shock after a newlywed couple were found dead on the first night of their marriage.

Needhivasan and Sandhya, got married at their home, because of the coronavirus outbreak. Soon after the wedding ceremonies were over, the police revealed that the couple must have gotten into an argument. Their argument, instigated Needhivasan, as he attacked Sandhya with a metal grill.

During the early hours of the following morning, the family members found Sandhya’s dead body and were shocked. However, Needhivasan was nowhere to be found. A police complaint was filed.

The police sent Sandhya’s body to the government hospital and began searching for the accused.

After a few hours of searching, they found him hanging dead from a tree in a nearby farm. His body was sent to the government hospital as well. The autopsy reports are awaited. The police is interrogating with the family members to identify the reason for the accused’s extreme actions.
