A 38-year-old man reportedly fell from temple cliff in Thalamalai on Saturday. According to media reports, the man slipped from an altitude of 2400 feet but held on to protruding rocks before falling. The people in temple alerted the police when they saw the man hanging on the cliff struggling to climb up. Reportedly, a search team was launched, and the rescuers searched for the man in the cliff but were unable to find him. They had to stop the search because of inclement weather and resumed again on Sunday morning. Reportedly, the man was not able to hold for long and fell to death.
