With the metro tunnelling to get over soon, the 4-lane Anna Salai will reportedly be opened back.
With the opening of the four-lane traffic, the place that intersects Spencer plaza, Nandanam and Teynampet will reportedly be free from traffic and commuters will not have to take longer routes. However, the substantial work for metro rail has not been completed yet. The 4-lane will reportedly be opened in the month of November.
