An independent candidate contesting in the RK Nagar bypoll with the symbol ‘Mixie’ has alleged that BJP’s candidate Karu Nagarajan is involved in an argument with the polling booth officer in booth number 200. Alleging that voters will not cast vote for him as his ballot box is placed in several rows back, the BJP candidate asked the polling booth officer to place the box in one of the front rows, the candidate with serial number 57 said. The polling was delayed as Karu Nagarajan was involved in the argument, the man added.
