Kanimozhi bats for adult survivors to report childhood abuse

As per the current legal process in India, adult survivors who had been sexually abused as a kid can't complain because of the time lapse. Recently, a petition was started asking for adult survivors to complain about the abuse they endured as a child. MP Kanimozhi is the latest to vouch her support for the issue.
