The income tax officials are reportedly visiting Parappana Agrahara Prison on Wednesday in Bengaluru to question the sidelined AIADMK general secretary VK Sasikala. Reports suggest that the tax sleuths will register Sasikala’s statements on questions based on the documents recovered from the recent IT raids. The IT officials have also reportedly submitted a letter to prison officials seeking permission for questioning Sasikala. The next move of the IT department, however, remains to be seen.
