While meeting the representatives of fishermen's association, Kamal Haasan chose to embrace the representatives and did away with ‘Ponnadai’ (Shawl). He said he was not there to make people join his party but to get along with people. He started his political tour from former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s residence and will be launching his party in Madurai.
