Kolathur inspector Munisekar has reportedly been transferred to southern zone of Chennai district police. Notably, he was involved in the investigations of Kolathur robbery case in which over 3.5kg gold was looted from a pawn shop and inspector Periyapandian was shot dead when a team from Chennai went to Rajasthan to nab the accused.
