Independent candidate TTV Dhinakaran after receiving the certificate for victory in RK Nagar bypoll, thanked the people of the constituency and said he will never forget the victory given by them. He further warned the police against acting in favour of the ruling party and said, “I’m ashamed of police department’s behaviour.”
