Tamil Nadu has been featured at the 11th spot in Gender Vulnerability Index (GVI) released by Child Development NGO Plan India, collected after a country-wide survey involving 30 states. Reports say the index has been calculated with state-wise ranking by analysing four issues common among girls – child safety/protection, poverty, education and health. According to reports, Goa topped the list while Bihar ranked the lowest at 30th position. (Image for representation purpose)
