A 34-year-old man Sathish and his 6-year-old son had a narrow escape on Sunday as their car caught fire after hitting a cow. The incident happened in Mamallapuram when the duo was returning home after visiting their relatives. They could escape the accident as the AC in their car was switched on and there was no suffocation. However, the cow died on the spot.
