After stirring up controversy for his cartoon on Tirunelveli self-immolation due to harassment by money lender, cartoonist Bala’s new work symbolises BJP’s slow entry to Tamil Nadu behind OPS-EPS faction’s victory on the 'Two Leaves' symbol case. Bala was earlier arrested after Tirunelveli collector’s complaint against his cartoon on the usury issue which depicted the CM Palaniswami, Deputy CM O Panneerselvam and the district collector in a bad light.
