While the voters are waiting in queue to exhibit their duty of casting votes for the RK Nagar bypoll, rain started to lash around 2.30 pm on Thursday. Earlier Chennai Meteorological Centre had forecast that parts of Chennai may receive significant rain. Also, it was drizzling in many parts of the city on Wednesday morning.
