Madras HC's breaking order on lovers running away

The Madras High Court on Thursday ruled saying that police cannot arrest parents or relatives in cases registered on boys and girls eloping. The observation came in the wake of the court ordering the immediate release of a mother, who was arrested in connection with a case relating to a minor girl allegedly eloping with her son in Namakkal district and termed it social wrong.
