After the mandatory original driving license rule, the Tamil Nadu government has reportedly mandated that all the government staff must wear identity cards on their duty. Swarna, Secretary of the Personnel and Administrative Reforms department, has made this announcement following complaints that the staff don’t wear ID cards. The chiefs of every government department have reportedly been instructed to provide ID cards with appropriate staff information.
