In a video published by ‘Arappor Iyakkam’, a government doctor was seen demanding bribe from a visually impaired man to issue diffability stamp. When the man said that he does not have the money that the doctor demanded, the doctor told him that he was ‘cheated’ by six other people who said that they would ‘pay’ him later.While the doctor K Sridhar refused to comment, Health Secretary J Radhakrishnan reportedly said that the issue is being investigated seriously and that the doctor and his assistants will be suspended.
