Chennai: Major company stops production, hundreds of employees likely to lose jobs

The ‘EVEREADY Industries India Ltd’ in Tiruvottiyur, Chennai has reportedly stopped production, following which employees along with their families are protesting against the company. Reports say, the company's decision will likely lead to loss of jobs for over 600 employees.
