The Election Commission of India has reportedly transferred North Chennai Joint Commissioner Sudhakar, IPS, and posted Prem Anand Sinha, IPS, as his replacement, on Monday. Notably, this move comes ahead of the RK Nagar constituency byelection which is to be held on December 21.
