PMK Founder Dr Ramadoss has reportedly said that he will pay a visit to President Ramnath Kovind soon with a request for High Court judgments to be translated into the language of the State that they are being delivered in. He reportedly said that in a multilingual country like India, when judgments are delivered in English, there is a chance for finer nuances of the case to be missed.
