DMK TO RESHUFFLE PARTY UNITS FOR FAST APPROACHING ELECTIONS

According to reports, the opposition party DMK will be restructuring the party units in all the districts of Tamil Nadu in order to prepare for the forthcoming polls.
A three-member committee, led by former Union Minister T R Baalu was formed to make recommendations in this regard. The committee has submitted a report to DMK working president M K Stalin.
Currently, the party units have been divided into 65 district units. Though the party units were divided, inner-party conflicts among cadre at constituency level is the cause of concern, reported TNIE.
