A total of 743 people tested positive for COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday taking the total number of cases in the state to 13,191. As a sigh of relief, 987 patients were discharged on the date following treatment. Total number of discharged patients stands at 5,882.
Unfortunately, 3 people have died today, raising the death toll in TN to 87.
The reason for the rise is coronavirus cases since last week has been due to the return of people Maharashtra.
