Members of Parliament from Tamil Nadu from across parties on Tuesday held an agitation in Delhi near Parliament house demanding the formation of the Cauvery Management Board (CMB). DMK’s Kanimozhi and Trichy Siva, AIADMK’s Jawahirullah were among the MPs who participated in the protest. While speaking to reporters, Trichy Siva clarified that DMK working president MK Stalin’s statement that all MPs from the state should resign from CMB is not formed. Siva said the opposition leader made the statement to mean that all the parties are on the same lines in this matter.
