COVID-19: TWO DEATHS, 38 NEW CASES REPORTED IN TAMIL NADU; ADDITIONAL DETAILS LISTED!

He further clarified that there is no community transmission of COVD-19 in Tamil Nadu.
The state also reported two deaths from Chennai taking the total death toll to 14.
The following is the COVID-19 statistics of Tamil Nadu as of 15 April:
Total number of passengers under home quarantine – 34,841
Total number of passengers in government quarantine facilities – 107
Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities – 26 (16 government and 10 private)
Total number of samples tested till date – 21,994
Total number of suspected individuals in isolation ward admission – 1,876
Total number of positive in those attended the single source event at Delhi and their contacts till yesterday – 1079
Total number of positive in those attended the single source event at Delhi and their contacts today - 34

Total number of patients discharged following treatment – 118
