52 NEW CASES FROM 3 DISTRICTS IN TAMIL NADU; ADDITIONAL COVID19 DETAILS LISTED

The state reported no death on the date.

Total number of passengers in government quarantine facilities – 36
Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities – 41 (30 government and 11 private)
Total number of samples tested till date – 94,781
Total number of samples tested today – 7176
Total number of persons tested till date – 86,339
Total number of persons tested today – 6753
Total number of suspected individuals in isolation ward admission – 1870
Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 1101
Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 81
Total number of active cases on date - 809
