Minor found pregnant after she fainted in school

A 27-year-old construction worker was arrested after he was suspected in the rape of a minor girl in Chennai. The girl, studying Class X in a government school reportedly fainted in the school premises on Friday. The girl’s mother took her to a nearby hospital where she was reportedly found pregnant. Reportedly, the girl was in a relationship with the construction worker. A case was filed after the doctors in the hospital informed police after the girl’s mother requested to terminate the pregnancy.
