A 28-year-old man from Kasimedu was reportedly killed in front of his wife by a six-man gang on Friday night. Reports say, the incident took place near Thiruporur, 45kms from Chennai where he was hacked to death when he was travelling on a motorcycle with his wife. Police reports suggest, the victim who was a suspect in a few murder cases could have been killed by a rival gang.
