A man was reportedly thrashed by the public after he allegedly groped a woman near Vandalur, on Tuesday night. Reports say, the man was in an inebriated state and suddenly hugged and groped the girl walking towards the market area in Melakottayur. A case has been registered and the accused has been admitted to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.
