DRUNK MAN STABS POLICE WITH BEER BOTTLE

According to reports, a drunk man stabbed a constable at the Korattur police station with a broken beer bottle. Head constable Loganathan and constable Senthil Kumar found Manikandan drunk and wandering on the roads.

Manikandan was stopped and interrogated by the police officers. They let him go home after asking a few questions. However, after a few hours, Manikandan went to the police station and picked up an argument with the officers.

The accused got enraged, broke the beer bottle he was carrying and stabbed Senthil Kumar. The constable had to be immediately rushed to the hospital and Manikandan was arrested.
