A Chennai-based businessman was reportedly arrested for secretly filming a 23-year-old student at a hotel in New Delhi on Thursday. Reports say, the girl was on an educational tour with her friends and stayed in the same hotel as the businessman. The man was accused of filming her through toilet ventilation with his mobile phone. Police have seized the accused’s phone based on a complaint by the girl.
