According to reports, a 45-year-old man identified as Jayaprakash, a resident of West Mambalam, has been arrested by the police for groping at least 10 women in Kotturpuram. His modus operandi involved wearing a helmet and covering the license plate of his bike before approaching women and groping them, and fleeing immediately once he had committed the crime.
