About 3,000 car drivers have reportedly launched their own app-based cab service “Ottunar Thozhargal Sangam.” Reports say, 1,800 drivers will cover the areas in city, while other drivers will cover suburban areas. The OTS taxis affiliated to Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITS) reportedly said that there will be no surge in pricing and passengers won’t be charged with waiting or additional charges when they change their point of destination.
