Cop who slapped boys, apologises to them

According to a Times of India report, a head constable, who slapped three boys as they were riding on a single bike without helmets and other documents, apologised to them at one of the youths’ homes. The head constable, Babu along with Ambattur deputy commissioner Sarvesh Raj, assistant commissioner Kannan went to one of the youths’ homes in Ramapuram where the three boys were waiting. He apologised to them for taking law in his hands. The youths also accepted that they should have not done so. Notably, the video of the cop slapping the boys went viral on social media.
