According to reports, a group of four men poured boiling milk on a youth who refused to give them kickbacks. The incident took place in Padianallur area of Red Hills near Chennai. Four men including Kannan, Tippu and Shankar from Puzhal used to visit a tea shop in the area owned by Lakshmanan asking kickbacks. However, during the recent incident, Lakshmanan’s son was in the shop when the four came asking for kickbacks. When Vignesh refused to give them money, the four poured the boiling milk from the shop on him. Vignesh is receiving treatment at Kilpauk hospital, while police have launched a hunt for the quartet, say reports.
