Balaji, 31, a rowdy, was murdered by his enemies in Manimangalam forest and his head was thrown off near Kattankulathur bus stand. Balaji was allegedly a notorious anti-social in Chengalpattu and was involved in a lot of murders. According to the police, Balaji was murdered in an act of revenge for him killing Raviprakash, a DMK functionary.
