Two floors of a 30-year-old three-storey school building collapsed in Omalur next to Chengalpattu, says a TNIE report. However, no injuries have been reported yet as schools remained closed due to heavy rain. While the incident created a ruckus in the area, locals said no casualties were reported as there was no movement of people during the collapse.
