The CCTV footage of a car hitting a woman in Tanjore and not stopping at all was released. Rajeshwari, the wife of Muthukrishnan was returning back home from a trip at around 12:30 am when she was hit by a car in front of her husband. While Muthukrishnan rushed to help his wife, the car driver took advantage of the moment and drove away. Rajeshwari has been admitted to a nearby hospital and is critically injured.
