FAST & FURIOUS RUN OF A CAR SHAKE THE PEOPLE ON ROAD

Every day commuting on roads requires careful attention and constant monitering of the traffic. The traffic inspector accident on Guindy Kathipara and a school boy in Tambaram who caused terrible car accident earlier are some of the accidents in the recent times. The major reasons for the accidents were reported to be miscalculations while driving, drunk & drive and late night run on highways.

The recent accident in Namakkal seems to stand apart from the above mentioned types in which the person who drove the car was identified as college professor. The accident had reportedly occured in Thiruchengodu East, Ratha Street on July 30 (Yesterday) evening. The CCTV footage relased clearly startles the viewers like it did for the people at the spot.

On an otherwise regularly crowded road, we see an old man trailing his cycle while two youngsters walk infront of him. The next few moments did not sustain the normalcy as a fast and furious four wheeler appears into the scene crashing the standing vehicles and people coming along the way.

According to Puthiya Thalaimurai report, 17 people were severly injured and more than 10 two wheelers were damaged by the accident. Later in the police investigation it was revealed the car was driven by Vivekanandan who works as a professor in a private college. Reportedly he had said that the car lost its control since the tyres bursted on the way.
