Cannot withdraw bus fare hike: TN Transport Minister

Tamil Nadu Transport Minister M R Vijayabaskar has reportedly said that there is no way the hike in the bus fares can be withdrawn. Speaking to reporters in Karur, Vijayabaskar has said that the fares in Tamil Nadu are still lower when compared with other states. He also reportedly added that the people should accept the hike as the state is undergoing a financial crisis.
