BREAKING: A Huge fire erupted in NLC Thermal Power Plant on Wednesday. It is run by Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC) and is located in Neyveli, Cuddalore district
Boiler Blast in NLC Thermal Power Plant kills Five

The plant produces 1,470 MW of powers in seven units. One of the boilers exploded at the second power plant causing a massive fire. At present, measures are being taken to control the fire. 

As per preliminary reports, almost 5 workers have lost their lives and more than 10 workers have been injured due to the incident.
