The body of a 16-year-old student who went missing near Marina beach was washed ashore on Sunday. The boy had come from Coonoor to Chennai to compete in an under-19 hockey tournament at Nehru stadium. Reports say, the boy and his friends went to the beach after playing a match when he allegedly went missing. Police suspect he might have drowned and are investigating the matter.
