According to media reports, a body of a small child of about 3-year-old was found near the home of Sheril Mathews who went missing on October 7, after being punished by her father. Though the body has not been identified yet, Dallas police reportedly said that they have no reason to believe that it was a body of a different child. On October 7, the girl’s father Wesley reportedly punished her to stand under a tree, 900 meters away from their home for not drinking milk. The girl was reportedly adopted from an Indian orphanage.
