A video of bikers dragging a police barricade allegedly on Kamarajar Salai is going viral on social media. The video shows the barricade producing sparks as the youth sitting on the pillion can be seen dragging it on the road. The Chennai Police announced that 'No Objection Certificate' will not be provided to those who are involved in racing on New Year's eve when they apply for passports.
