A 34-year-old, auto driver was allegedly found murdered on a pavement in Thiruverkadu. According to media reports, the man was drunk and was sleeping on the sidewalk. The police suspect that someone would have killed him by hitting on his head with a stone while he was asleep. Further investigations are going on. Reportedly, the body was taken to Kilpauk government hospital for post-mortem.
