DMK working president M K Stalin has reportedly urged the Governor Vidyasagar Rao to order Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami to prove his majority in the Assembly after 19 AIADMK MLAs have withdrawn support to him. Stating that any delay could lead to horse-trading, Stalin urged Governor Rao to ensure the Palaniswami-led government does not continue in power by “creating a constitutional crisis and misusing anti-defection law”.
