Another victim of the Kurangani forest fire succumbed to her injuries on Wednesday, raising the death toll to 12. Divya was rescued with 99% burns and was admitted to a private hospital in Madurai. Due to the severity of the burns, she succumbed to her injuries on Wednesday evening.
