Madurai-based financier Anbu Chezhiyan, who is alleged to have led film producer B Ashok Kumar to death by harassing him, has reportedly filed a petition in the Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail. The financier, in his petition, reportedly claimed that he was not involved in any wrongdoings, adding that he didn’t have a direct or indirect connection with Ashok Kumar.
